Shopping in the General Store is done while seated in a robotic cart - robots that move on rails between the floors and pick items from shelves. (Snezhan Bodurov)

Shopping Cart

Second generation robotic cart (Snezhan Bodurov). Note the telescopic arm used to grab items from shelves. This contactless selection of merchandise bears some similarity to today's online shopping that's become a reality.
